Brain geometry: Anderson Winkler, Brain for Blender Original source: https://brainder.org/research/brain-for-blender/ Original work: https://brainder.org/brain-for-blender Licence: Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/ MRI-derived cortical and subcortical meshes reconstructed with FreeSurfer. Includes left/right pial surfaces, left/right cerebellar cortex, brain stem, and the five corpus-callosum segments supplied by the original author. MAIA adaptation by ZTiK: quadratic mesh simplification; common-coordinate frontal orientation and uniform scaling; coordinate rounding; JSON packing; eroded anatomical occupancy and projected-visibility maps for the independent neuron overlay, including cerebral/cerebellar hemispheres and brain stem. Two detail levels. No claim of endorsement by the original author. The geometry adaptations in brain-desktop.json and brain-mobile.json are also licensed CC BY-SA 3.0. The licence applies to those model assets, not unrelated MAIA application code. Build recipe and original archive SHA-256 values: manifest.json and Docs/Validation/build-anatomical-brain.py in the project source. Activity colours/particles represent MAIA interface states, not measured human brain activity or a medical brain atlas.
